AWS Returns Policy

Alpha Workholding Solutions will provide a full refund for any new products sold by AWS within 30 days of delivery providing that the product is returned in an “as new” condition in its original packaging.

Alpha Workholding Solutions will provide an 85% refund for any new products sold by AWS within 90 days of delivery providing that the product is returned in an “as new” condition but not necessarily in its original packaging.

Alpha Workholding Solutions will provide a partial refund for any new products sold by AWS within 90 days of delivery that are not in an “as new” condition. The exact amount of the refund will be determined within 3 days of receipt of goods by AWS and advised in writing by email.

Refunds should be remitted within 3 weeks of receipt of goods by Alpha Workholding Solutions and an email will be provided to you once the refund transaction is concluded.
